The TICx01 (traffic information collector) profiling system is designed for traffic management optimization in free-flowing traffic. With just one sensor, vehicles of all types are detected in several lanes, thereby keeping installation and commissioning costs low. The TICx01 can either be installed over lanes, between two lanes or next to the road on street lamps and poles. The measurement data recorded can be used to generate a 3D model of each vehicle. This data allows for classifying vehicles in up to 30 classes.
