NEXAWELD HARD-1 HARDFACING ELECTRODE

Hard-1 is a medium coated rutile type hardfacing electrode. The weld deposit is an air hardening type carbon chromium alloy which has a high degree of toughness and excellent resistance to rolling and sliding friction and heavy impact loads. Weld metal is machinable.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable for the surfacing on tram tyres, pinion teeth, couplings, sugarcane crushers, hammers rail points and crossings.
