Nexa-7018 is a low hydrogen iron powder electrode for welding of heavy restrained joints, typically subject to dynamic loading. Weld deposit is tough, ductile & is of radiographic quality. The deposition efficiency is approx 115%.

Nexa-7016 is a basic coated low hydrogen electrode for welding of medium and high tensile structural steel and depositing buffer layer before hard surfacing. Yields sound radiographic welds having excellent mechanical properties.

A unique all positional austenitic stainless steel welding alloy for AISI 309 & 310 stainless steel. Ideal for high oxidation resistance maintain high strength at temperatures up to 1200°C. Suitable for stainless steel of unknown analysis.
