High Precision Control ECMA series servo motors feature an incremental encoder with 20-bit resolution (1,280,000 pulses/revolution). Stable rotation at low speed has been achieved.
Superlative Vibration Suppression Built-in automatic low-frequency vibration suppression with two vibration suppression filters minimizes vibration at machine edges automatically.

  • Path, speed, and acceleration/deceleration can be modified during operation.

Unique Built-in Electronic Cam (E-CAM)
  • Up to 720 E-CAM points.

Full Closed-loop Control Built-in position feedback interface (CN5) allows high-accuracy position control by forming a full closed-loop.
